4. Product performance
This product has excellent electrical insulation properties, high temperature resistance, high lubrication, non-stick, non-toxic, chemical resistance and weather resistance, good processing performance.
a. The dispersion resin for biaxial stretching is suitable for making microporous membranes, thin-walled tubes, conduits, corrosion-resistant and high-temperature resistant wires and cables, and is processed by paste extrusion.
b. The dispersion resin for long fibers is mainly used for the manufacture of skeleton materials such as PTFE base fabrics and sewing threads.
c. The dispersion resin for staple fiber is mainly used for felting.
d. The dispersing resin for the extruded tube can be pressed and formed into thin-walled tubes, thick-walled tubes and rods, which can be used as insulation layers for wires and cables.
6. Packaging and storage
This product is sealed in double-layer polyethylene bags and packed in a moisture-proof cardboard board with a net content of 20±0.1 kg.
During transportation and storage, it is necessary to avoid various adverse conditions such as moisture absorption, agglomeration, impurities, and severe vibration.
It can be stored for a long time in a clean, cool, dry environment.
This product is strictly prohibited from being pressed or collided during transportation, storage and handling. The ambient temperature of material storage and operation should be controlled at 10°C-25 °C. The temperature control should be observed at any time to avoid the product being decomposed due to temperature loss and damage to the human body.
